Refunds & Returns

At Swencorner.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)

  • Gift cards

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@swencorner.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable, for damaged or defective items)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@swencorner.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping), based on your preference and item availability.
